Upon being hired, each staff is trained to perform the detailed cleaning plans to our customers’ specifications. We stand behind our work with a 24-hour Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 24 hours to arrange for us to come back and re-clean the specific areas that did not meet your expectations.

What if something is damaged during a cleaning?We treat you and your space with complete respect. If something does unexpectedly break, we do our best to either repair or replace that item. AD Rapid Cleaning is fully insured, so claims are filed when appropriate.

So we customize our cleaning services to fit your space's unique needs and budget. To provide this level of exceptional service to all our valued customers there are some areas and items in your space that we may not clean.

Cancellation Policy
If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the cleaner is unable to enter the house, a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning's cost will be charged.
If an open ended (hourly) cleaning is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you aren't happy with our professional cleaning services, contact your local Office. We will come back and clean the specific areas that didn't meet your expectation.
Simply notify us within 24-hours of your initial house cleaning.
